HICTI Mambanda, Douala (formelly the Clinical Training Center for Family Planning (CTC4FP) is a Professional Training Institute with a mission to use the transformative power of Education and Research to foster nursing care in all disciplines and specialties.

HICTI has launched an evening nursing training program for working class. Any working class who is considering entering the nursing career in the future has the opportunity to do so now. HICTI students cover 540 hours in 9 and 1080 hours in 18 months depending on your qualification.  Registration for July and August 2021 is ongoing. HICTI students benefit 30% theory and 70% practical.

 HICTI students have access to FREE text books supplied by the British Medical Association (BMA), London. Online Classes will soon be launched in HICTI by ONPASSIVE, a Global IT and AI company. HICTI will use this to train all specialties and disciplines and will strengthen nurse care and patients living with serious illnesses. The program will provide free continuing education.

HICTI is a private authorized training Institution authorized by the Ministry of Public Health and Accredited by KIU – America which The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa represents as a major partner in African in Cameroon. Graduate students from HICTI receive certification as follows:

HICTI is also accredited by the CAMEROON ASSOCIATION OF REGISTERED NURSES AND MIDWIVES (CARNM) and the International Trade Council (ITC). HICTI is affiliated to more than 2000+ Organisations, Hospitals, Health Centers and Clinics in 127 countries and more than 50  Hospitals and Clinics in Cameroon, including Presbyterian Health Complex, Bepanda, Military Hospital, Bonanjo, Bonassama District Hospital, Douala, Acha Bafoussam and Douala, Lacquitini Douala, St Augustine Clinic, Ndobo, etc, where students could go for internships.
